libiconv-hook1 software package provides extension of iconv for libapache-mod-encoding, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libiconv-hook1
libiconv-hook1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libiconv-hook1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libiconv-hook1 *
You will get with libiconv-hook1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
